Breen
Welcome and good eating to you all. This is a fictional cafe/food truck created for role playing purposes on Panhistoria. It is set in the Babylon 5 universe.
Breen
Breen meatballs (said to be similar to Earth Swedish Meatballs) served on a bed of wyqlat (a spinach-like vegetable)
Breen with Polbi (like mustard), Alba Fronds (like bay leaf), and Gollifs (a mushroom-like fungus)
Dar (a herd animal) cooked in swoz (swoz is a garlic-like substance)
Fitlop (a goat-like animal eaten on feast days) served with ruti pods (a tuber) and seasonings.
G’Quan Soup (a soup with gollifs, ruti pods, green wyqlat leafs, and other vegetables)
Grout's head cooked with taree, ryddi (a sherry-like drink), gaiola root (like ginger), turok oil, brood mother's milk, and swoz (garlic). Excellent with a side dish of K’Wan.
K’Wan (a crayfish-like entree) with tujula tubes
Lukrol (a pungent meat and gruel dish, a meaty stew)
Leeb loaf (made from leeb and grout). Excellent with mashed ruti pods.
Mitlop (tripe marinated in pakoberry juice, considered a dessert among Narns and an entree among humans)
Narn spoo (served fresh) with gollifs
Silsop cakes (spicy bread)
Tujula Tubes (a smoked sausage)
K’Wan (a crayfish-life food)
